Description
This working group aims to analyze, propose and promote public policies, laws, regulations and instructions that regulate and promote, the proper management of groundwater in quantity and quality, disseminating and facilitating the technical, legal and cultural conditions for the benefit of people, productive activities and the environment, under criteria of preservation and sustainability.
To this end, this working group will focus on calling for participatory debate and exchange of ideas for the dissemination of knowledge, promoting the legal, efficient use and access to groundwater resources to improve the quality of life of people, with the aim of contributing to greater competitiveness and safeguarding legal and water certainty for the sustainable development of the country.

Proposed projects
– Analyze public policies and existing regulation to propose improvements to groundwater regulation, planning and management.
– Presenting itself before the different branches of government as an authoritative voice.
– Organization of conferences, lectures and webinars.
– Participate in national and international events.
– Identify similar national and international associations with which alliances can be formed to better achieve the objectives of this roundtable.
