Doctor in Law, Master in Legal Science and lawyer of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Research Professor at the Universidad del Desarrollo, in the areas of Environmental Law, Natural Resources and Water Law. Researcher at the Center for Regulatory Law and Business (CDRE by its acronym in spanish) of the School of Law.
Professor in postgraduate courses in programs of the UDD, PUCV and PUC. Member of the National Advisory Council of the Ministry of Environment (2021-2022).
She is also Senior Counsel at AndradeLeiva Lawyers.

Tatiana Celume Byrne

He served as legislative advisor to the National Water Athority (DGA by its acronym in spanish) at Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Works.
She is currently a Research Professor at the San Sebastián University, Bellavista Campus.

Matías Desmadryl Lira

In addition, he studied the Advanced Management Program at the ESE-IESE Business School (2018-2019). He was General Director of Water (2010 and 2012) at the national water authority (DGA by its acronym in spanish) . Currently, he is a professor of Water Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Universidad Finis Terrae, and Universidad de Los Andes; and arbitrator of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce. He is a partner of the Philippi, Prietocarrizosa, Ferrero DU & Uría law firm, where he leads the firm’s water resources area.

Natalia Dasencich Celedón

Lawyer from the University of Chile, Diploma in Economic Administrative Law with a mention in natural resources from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Master of Science in Governance of Risks and Resources from the University of Heidelberg. In charge of legal affairs and legal secretary of the Maipo River Surveillance Board (2011 -2021), adviser to the Chilean Canalists Confederation (CONCA by its acronym in spanish) until 2018 and lawyer for various water user organizations. She is currently professor in the Economic Administrative Law Program at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and in the Master of Environmental Law Program at the Universidad del Desarrollo. Pablo Jaeger Cousiño

He was the Head of the Legal Division of the National Waters Authority (DGA by its acronym in spanish) between 1995 and 2003. He has been a professor of Water Law in undergraduate and postgraduate courses. He is currently the Executive Director of DIagua Consultores (Derecho e Ingeniería del Agua Consultores S.A.)

He was a professor of water law at the Central University and Assistant Professor in the Master’s Degree in Public Policies of the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences of the University of Chile. He is currently a partner at Puga Ortiz Abogados.

Winston Alburquenque Troncoso

Since 2013, he has been a partner at the VGC Abogados Law Firm, where he directs the Natural Resources Law area. Since 2006 he has been a professor of the Natural Resources Law course at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Law School and is a professor of Mining and Water Law in the Master’s programs of the LLM-UC, Universidad del Desarrollo, Universidad Finis Terrae, Católica North and Atacama.
