Ecosystem Services

Description

It deals with the ecosystem function of water, through the analysis of environmental variables and the implementation of management instruments regulated for this purpose in the Water Code, such as ecological and environmental flow, in situ or non-extractive uses, and uses of water in areas under official protection of biodiversity. It also addresses the interaction of these instruments with other activities that use water, and its effects on other matters such as the patent for non-use, waiver and control.
