Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Diploma in Economic Administrative Law from the same house of studies, with a mention in Natural Resources. In addition, he studied the Advanced Management Program at the ESE-IESE Business School (2018-2019). He was General Director of Water (2010 and 2012) at the national water authority (DGA by its acronym in spanish) . Currently, he is a professor of Water Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Universidad Finis Terrae, and Universidad de Los Andes; and arbitrator of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce. He is a partner of the Philippi, Prietocarrizosa, Ferrero DU & Uría law firm, where he leads the firm’s water resources area.
